I make this immune paste in smaller quantities and store in the fridge in the winter months. Fresh ginger and turmeric are essential—and be sure to purchase from reliable sources.

Peanut Butter (1/2 cup)
Tahini (1/2 cup)
Orange Peel (1.5 Tbsp)
Ginger (2 Tbsp)
Turmeric (2 Tbsp)
Pepper (Sprinkle)
Honey (3 Tbsp)

Grate the orange peel and set aside. Grate the ginger and mix with the orange peel. Grate the turmeric and add to the ginger and orange. Sprinkle with pepper. Add the honey and mix. Work together the peanut butter and tahini—and add the other ingredients. Store in ball jars in the fridge (keeps for 2 months or so).
