The Mystery in Sill Water

Walking in the woods today, I come across this—and it is so familiar and yet so totally new. The last and closest vision was in the hill-woodside-beauty-bounty of the Scrag Mountains across the farm back in Waitsfield. I am in a different territory now. In this image, I love the life and death realities all resting together…with a sprinkling of magic snow… which sits almost like non-snow-like communities (like stars upon the water). I soak in these moments. So grateful for super magical beauty in nature…
