Sustenance Tea: Nourishing and Joyful
I started my herb-to-plate journey with teas. Daily, I committed to brewing the blend I felt I needed and/or wanted to experiment with (by the way, if you play with Blue Vervain, start quietly and gently...although a nervine and uplifting, it made me a bit ill when I hit it a bit hard the first day). This brew was for replenishment, nourishment, stability, joy and strength. I added the Milky Oat for moisture.
Nettles
Lemon Balm
Rose
Clover
Milky Oat
I am not picky about the amounts (and have a disclaimer here*), but the majors are Nettles and Lemon Balm with the other three being support.
Maybe add Linden to the list???
