Some of the most simple things are the very best for us. It is … truly magical to work with the herbs, essences, scents, clays, and nuts to create things that are blessings to our skin, our soul. Bean of the Fields started at Stowell Farm in 2016. While Stowell was raising sheep, selling produce and eggs and such, a small medicinal line was also created: bath salts, face cream, scrubs, rose waters, oxymels, bitters, tinctures and custom tincture blends. Bean went to sleep as the farm sold and the sheep left…and the gardens settled into the hands of others.

In 2021, Bean pulled a Rip Van Winkle and woke up to the the products. Now, they are again available. As her herb gardens sleep, the Railyard Apothecary and Metta Earth have been blessed suppliers of the good herbs. We encourage you to reach out for counsel, research, pampering, comfort and adoration.
